Acceptance of Terms
These terms of use (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the website under the domain, www.tlh.law (“Website”), together with access to the Website’s related tools, applications, data, and other information, in any manner, by any person (“User”).
The User acknowledges that TLH, Advocates & Solicitors (the “Firm”) is the sole owner of the Website and that the User has been granted access to the Website in consideration of and upon the User’s comprehension and acceptance of (a) the Terms, (b) the disclaimer which the User has agreed to upon accessing the Website, and (c) the privacy policy contained on the Website (“Privacy Policy”). In case the User does not agree to any of the Terms, the said disclaimer and/or the Privacy Policy, the User shall not be entitled to access the Website.
User’s Roles and Responsibilities
The User hereby agrees and acknowledges that he/she shall not:
Publish, or upload any defamatory, or derogatory content or other information on the Website or elsewhere in relation to the Website;
Reproduce the content published on the Website in any manner;
Damage the operation of the Website or otherwise interfere with any other person’s use of the Website;
Alter or modify any part of the Website or content available thereon; and
Violate any other Terms specified herein.
Privacy
Upon access and use of the Website, the Firm may collect certain personally identifiable information from the User, the collection, treatment and storage of which is described in the Privacy Policy.
Ownership of Intellectual Property
The User does not acquire any intellectual property rights in Firm and/or the Website or content available thereon by use of and access to the Website. The Firm continues to own all intellectual property relating to the Firm’s logo, the Website and the content thereon, including, without limitation, all copyrights, trademarks, and service marks.
Disclaimer of Warranty
All information contained on the Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Firm does not warrant or represent the accuracy, genuineness or veracity of the content provided on the Website or its applicability to the User’s individual circumstances. The Firm expressly disclaims all warranties and liabilities of any kind, including liabilities and warranties of fitness for a particular use or purpose, non-infringement, title, operability, condition, value, accuracy of content and other data or integration.
The Website and its content is developed for use in India and the Firm makes no representation or warranty concerning the Website and/or its content when it is used in any other country.
Suspension of Access
The Firm has the right to suspend, either temporarily or permanently, the User’s access to the Website, without prior notice (a) in the event the User breaches or violates the Terms, (b) upon request by any judicial, governmental, regulatory or investigative authority, and (c) at the Firm’s sole and absolute discretion.
Limitation of Liability
The Firm and/or its members/ advocates will not be liable to the User for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection howsoever with the use of the Website or its content, whether such damages are foreseeable and/or whether or not the Firm has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance. If the User is dissatisfied with the Website, its content, the Privacy Policy or these Terms, the User’s sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue the use of the Website.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Firm may make available and/or otherwise reproduce third party content and/or part thereof on the Website and/or may provide hyper-links to web pages and content of third parties (collectively, “Third Party Content”). The Firm does not monitor, update, endorse, or have any control over Third Party Content, and can make no guarantee whatsoever as to its accuracy, reliability or completeness. The User’s use of such Third Party Content contained therein is solely and entirely at his/her own risk. The relevant third party continues to own the Third Party Content and the User acquires no rights therein.
Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The User consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, for any and all disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to the Firm’s right to pursue action in any jurisdiction whatsoever.
Changes to These Terms
The Firm reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any such amendments shall be deemed to be a part of these Terms as and when they are posted on the Website.
Legal Remedies
The Firm reserves the right to pursue all remedies available in law and equity for any violation of these Terms by the User.
