Represented the company and its promoters in sale of the company at an enterprise value exceeding INR 10,000 crores (100 billion). Legal services provided included drafting, negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documents and providing legal advice as needed from time to time.
NCC Limited
Represented the company in establishing a joint venture for construction of Goregaon Mulund Link Road twin tunnels at Mumbai, at a cost exceeding INR 6000 crores (60 billion).
CtrlS Datacenters
Represented the company and its promoters on purchase of shareholding in the company from a private equity fund, and also in multiple acquisitions by the Company from time to time.
Pioneer Aluminium Industries Limited
Advised the company on its acquisition by Russian company United Company RUSAL, marking a USD 468.75 million investment, the first significant Russian investment in India post-sanctions.
