She specialises in advising clients on a wide spectrum of transactions and commercial contracts across the transactional and operational cycle of a corporate, including private equity, strategic investments, business and asset transfers, corporate restructuring, franchise arrangements, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, legal due diligences, risk assessment and mitigation.

- Advised various private equity investors including Temasek International Pte Ltd, TPG Growth Limited and the Blackstone Group on their investment across various sectors including automobile, electrical and automation, media and railways for investments ranging from USD 25 million to USD 717 million.
- Represented Hospira Inc in the acquisition of the injectable pharmaceutical business of an Indian pharmaceutical company through a business transfer agreement for a consideration of USD 400 million.
- Represented JSW Steel on their USD 7 billion bid for the acquisition of assets of the Holcim Group’s (the erstwhile LafargeHolcim) Indian cement assets.
- Represented Nippon Life Insurance Company on acquisition of a stake in Reliance Capital Limited for a total consideration of USD 680 million.
- Represented Reliance Brands Limited in multiple equity investments in luxury fashion, beauty and premium retail sectors including Clarks Shoes, Ritu Kumar, Rahul Mishra, AK-OK (by Anamika Khanna), Sephora and 100% acquisition of Hamleys.
- Represented Reliance Retail Limited and Reliance Brands Limited on their franchise arrangements including with global luxury and premium brands including Armani, Mothercare, Brooks Brothers, Valentino, Versace, Hunkmoller, Paul Smith, The Entertainer, Prabal Gurung, Gap Inc., La Martina, Retail Arabia, and Sunglass Hut.
- Represented the DeBeers Group and the Anglo-American Group in the launch of its e-commerce business in India, along with related corporate advisory matters.
- Represented Alembic Pharmaceutical Limited on its joint venture another company in the pharmaceutical space and Spencer’s Retail Limited on their joint ventures.
- Advised the Fives Group and Venture Infotek Limited on their sale of shares.
- Advised Nilons Enterprise Limited on its investment in the small scale industries sector.
