  • Represented a wide array of clients including Independent Power Producers (IPPs), financial institutions, telecom operators, educational institutions, IT/ITES firms, and manufacturing units across multiple judicial and quasi-judicial forums. This includes High Courts, Civil and Magistrate Courts, Company Law Boards, and premier international arbitration platforms such as ICC, SIAC, and LCIA.
  • Provided strategic legal counsel to several multilateral institutions and commercial banks in relation to project and corporate finance transactions.
  • Assisted leading solar energy developers in securing debt funding from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), including advice on convertible loan arrangements for EPC projects in Andhra Pradesh.

  • Provided transactional and legal structuring advice for land acquisition, leasing, and project implementation in the energy, telecom, and commercial real estate sectors.
  • Provided legal guidance to SoftBank Energy (SBG Cleantech) on renewable energy project development and financing.
  • Facilitated due diligence and compliance for MUFG Bank’s worth USD 333 million green financing deal, which marked a significant milestone as India's first certified green solar project loan.
  • Advised Moser Baer Projects (MB Power, Madhya Pradesh) on structuring, negotiation, and financing of a 2520 MW thermal power project in Anuppur.
  • Secured equity and debt investments from Macquarie SBI Infrastructure Fund and the State Bank of India, valued at approximately USD 130 million.
  • Drafted and negotiated EPC contracts for Mytrah Energy India Ltd on multiple solar and wind power projects across India.
  • Advised on a USD 175 million loan facility with the Asian Development Bank, supporting a network of SPVs.
  • Provided comprehensive legal support to Maytas Infra Limited on state-awarded projects in irrigation, roadways, and power transmission and represented in a significant arbitration proceeding involving Vedanta Projects resulting in a favourable award.
