Her work includes title due diligence for acquisitions, large-scale land aggregation in residential and commercial developments, clients acquiring long-term leasehold interests, and for financial institutions on assets offered as security, along with transactional advisory on structuring and compliance.

Her experience includes leading the title due diligence for a plotted development of approximately 1,200 acres, one of the largest in the region. She has advised real estate developers, as well as financial institutions and investment banks, on security due diligence for high-value collateral, delivering risk-based assessments to support lending decisions and enforceability, and has acted for private clients on real estate investments, sales and lease transactions.

Mentored by a former Officer on Special Duty (Revenue) and having assisted a member of the Dharani Committee of the Government of Telangana, Sneha has detailed knowledge of revenue administration and procedural frameworks within key government departments, combined with specialised expertise in digital land record systems and the land laws of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

She is also a trained mediator, having completed a 40-hour Professional Mediator Training Program with the Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (IIAM) and mediation advocacy training with CAMP.
