He has over a decade of experience in advising: (a) private equity funds on setting up, deploying through and exiting from portfolio companies operating in renewable energy, commercial retail, and warehousing sector; (b) conglomerates on both buy side and sell side M&A transactions; (c) renewables power companies on both greenfield and brownfield utility scale and C&I power projects; and (d) on setting up and enforcement of rights in joint ventures.
He has worked with entities across diverse sectors, including commercial real estate, renewable energy, ITES, manufacturing, education, healthcare, and e-commerce.

- Advised Blupine Energy, a renewable energy company on:
- (a) acquisition of landholding companies for development of captive power projects; and
- (b) sale of minority stake in the captive power projects to captive user.
- Advised Mitsui & Co. in acquiring a significant minority stake in an electric vehicles manufacturer in India.
- Advised various Actis funds and their portfolio entities on:
- divestment from a portfolio comprising of a chain of schools operating in Indonesia;
- acquiring two utility scale solar power projects located in Karnataka and Rajasthan; and
- a shareholder dispute with the promoters of its investee company.
- Advised Bharti Realty on selling 51% stake in four commercial assets located in Delhi, Gurgaon and Ludhiana to a private equity fund.
- Advised InShorts on interim fund raising from venture capitalists.
- Advised various Xander funds on acquiring portfolios of retail malls and warehousing projects including a forward purchase of constructed and leased out warehousing assets from a distressed developer.
- Advised Varde Partners while lending to off-shore hold-cos of a distressed developer based out of Gurugram. Assisted in enforcement of security.
- Supported developers of a hotel project in Andamans in negotiating a hotel management agreement, technical services agreement and brand license agreement.
- Advised Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages on standardising agreements for distributors, turnkey projects, supply of equipment, software, manpower, transportation and waste disposal services, raw materials, etc. as well as preparing a negotiation and escalation playbook for the business teams.
- Provided strategic guidance to the board of a leading insurance company on internal investigation of anonymous complaints against certain management personnel.
- Advised Inshorts and Meta on restructuring options for complying with the amendments to the FDI framework in relation to the ‘digital media business’.
- Assisted Amazon in evaluating bid documents for IPL broadcasting rights.
