Her expertise includes title verification of large and high value property, providing nuanced advice on complex real estate laws and drafting, reviewing and negotiating arrangements for conveyance, leave and license, joint development, building and construction and other transaction documents.
She offers legal services to financial institutions, developers (including development companies) SEZ and IT/Industrial Park developers, as well as large national and multinational corporations.
