Abhinay is a Principal Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice of the Firm. He has represented clients in civil, commercial, insolvency, and regulatory matters before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, Civil and Criminal Courts, Securities Appellate Tribunal, and consumer forums. His expertise covers land and rental disputes, employment contracts, shareholder claims, debt recovery, and company law issues, including oppression and mismanagement.

He has advised financial creditors, committees of creditors, and corporate debtors in insolvency proceedings and provides strategic counsel to directors in high-risk corporate disputes. His experience includes arbitration, writ petitions, and cases involving ED, CBI, SFIO, and tax authorities, alongside real estate litigation, RERA matters, and labour law compliance across multiple jurisdictions. He has also liaised with government departments and investigative agencies, including the Economic Offences Wing and tax authorities.
